All rates are based upon 4 people per Trailer/RV. Anything over 4 people will be an extra charge to the customer.* Extra charge of $5.00 per person after 4 people We are “Big Rig Friendly.” For only $19.99 extra – rent the space in back/front of your Trailer/RV.

30-amp (includes $30 water and $30 electric per 28 days) – 28-day Contract

*Deposits for extended-stay spaces are $350.00. All extended-stay units are required to have a credit card on file or manager approval for deposit purposes. Payment is required at check-in for all guests.

*We reserve the right to meter utilities and charge for overages above the included amounts.
*RULES AND REGULATIONS: A credit card on file is required at the time of booking to confirm reservation. Payment in full is required at check-in. All rates are subject to all city and state taxes, which are added at time of check-in. Rates are good from 2/7/2018 to 10/31/2018. All rates subject to availability. No discounts on extended-stay spaces. Cancellations only up to 72 hours before daily reservation. Cancellations after 72 hours are NON-REFUNDABLE. Subject to manager’s approval. ** Monthly cancellations within 30 days are subject to loss of $350.00 deposit.
