Full hookups—30-amp	$69.55*
Please note we have 50-amp plugs but with a 30-amp service. We no longer have 50-amp service.
*All rates are based upon 4 people per Trailer/Motorhome. Anything over 4 people will be an extra charge to the customer. *Extra charge of $5.00 per person after 4 people *Tax is included in pricing.
Discounts are no longer offered.
A credit card on file is required at the time of booking to confirm reservation.
Payment in full is required at check-in. Guest needs a valid driver’s license.
All rates are subject to all city and state taxes, which are added at time of check-in.
All rates subject to availability.
*We reserve the right to meter utilities and charge for overages above the included amounts.
*RULES AND REGULATIONS: Rates are good from 5/15/2024 – 12/31/2024. No discounts on extended-stay spaces. Cancellations only up to 96 hours before daily reservation. Cancellations after 96 hours are NON-REFUNDABLE. (1) week maximum stay. We no longer allow propane fire pits or visitors. Thank you! Must buy our firewood and use our fire pits to have campfires onsite. No visitors allowed. Guests only.
